RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have received a product damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue expeditiously.

We stand by our products and our goal is for you to get maximum enjoyment out of your purchase. Please note that normal wear and tear and damage from improper use, storage, installation, or maintenance is not covered under this return and exchange policy.

Online purchases from bbbegonia.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store carrying our products and vice versa. Customers who wish to return unused merchandise must do so from the original store of purchase. b.b.begonia does not accept customer returns on behalf of a retail store or other independent e-commerce/web stores.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

Although rare, manufacturing defects do occur. Also your product has been carefully packed to exceed shipping requirements. However sometimes the product can arrive damaged in transit.

Timing: Please inspect product(s) upon delivery for visible or concealed damages. You must indicate on the freight bill all issues relating to the damage of the package. Please contact us within 7 business days from delivery of damaged or defective product. Failure to do so will result in denial of your claim or credit. Claims must be submitted in writing to customerservice@bbbegonia.com. You will be asked to provide invoice and/or purchase order number, style no. or design name and digital images of the damage or defect with clear description of the problem. Our customer service department will guide you through the return process if necessary. Please scroll down to see details on how to arrange a return.

Exchange or Credit: We will work with you to quickly identify the cause and replace the damaged product at no cost to you. In cases where the replacement product is not available in the same design & size, we will seek your approval to ship an alternate design or size. If neither of these works for you, then we will provide a 100% credit to your account upon receipt and verification of the damage on the product. Product should not be disposed of without our written approval.

Late or Missing Refund: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your credit card or bank account. If there is an unusual delay, contact us at customerservice@bbbegonia.com

BUYERS REMORSE/NON DEFECTIVE GOODS

We also accept returns when the product you received is not that you wanted. However some conditions apply:

Timing: You can initiate a return of new, unused, resalable items within 7 business days from delivery. Please scroll down to see details of how to arrange a return.

Return with exchange: A 15% re-stocking fee ($15 minimum) will apply if you choose an exchange for a rug of equal or greater value (the difference in value will be billed to you if applicable). The original shipping cost will also be charged to your account. No credit will be provided.

Return with no exchange: A 30% re-stocking fee ($30 minimum) will apply. The original shipping cost will also be charged to your account. The adjusted amount will be credited to your account.

ARRANGING A RETURN

Please call us at 1-877-320-5649 or send us an email at customerservice@bbbegonia.com and we’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you obtain an RMA number, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) to the return address. We must receive your returned items at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries or overnight express.

Returns must be in their original carton with all packing materials intact in new resalable condition. We carefully inspect all returned items and can grant only a partial refund for opened or used products.
