At b.b.begonia, our return policy is simple: If you aren’t 100% happy, then we aren’t happy too. We want you to be pleased and satisfied with your purchase from us.
b.b.begonia offers a 14-day return and exchange policy for goods purchased from our website www.bbbegonia.com. Unused merchandise, with original tags and packaging, may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the ship date, less the shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return/exchange merchandise which are not packaged in the original packaging or may be missing tags and accessories.
Returned merchandise that has been used, altered, ticketed or exceeds the 14-day policy will not be processed for replacement or credit. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.
We recommend that any merchandise for returning should be sent via a traceable method to ensure a documented delivery to us. Packages must be returned to us pre-paid; we do not accept C.O.D deliveries or overnight express.
For returns and/or exchanges, please include a copy of the original invoice or tracking reference number of the original shipping. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund for the damaged, defective or incorrect item, and let us know what is wrong with it. If you are returning an item to be exchanged, please indicate the item you would like to replace it with.
Refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.
b.b.begonia online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store carrying our products, and vice versa. Retail customers who wish to return unused merchandise must do so from the original store of purchase. b.b.begonia does not accept customer returns on behalf of a retail store or other independent e-commerce/web stores.
b.b.begonia reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
