Returns & Exchange
We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is faulty due to workmanship, or damaged in transit. We guarantee all damaged or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. All other sales are final.
b.b.begonia will pay the return shipping fees for any damaged or defective items, or items not shipped as ordered. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be authorized through the customer service department . Any un-authorized returns will be refused. Damaged or defective merchandise must be sent back with a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA#) provided by b.b.begonia customer service representative. E Mail to customerservice@bbbegonia.com or call 1-877-320-5649. This RMA # number must appear on the outside of every carton or package being returned.

Returned merchandise that has been used , altered, ticketed or exceeds the 14 days policy will not be processed for replacement of credit . All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.
We recommend any returned merchandise is sent by a traceable method to ensure documented delivery to us. Packages must be returned to us pre-paid . We do not accept C.O.D deliveries or overnight express.
For returns and/or exchanges by mail, please include a copy of the original invoice, please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund for the damaged, defective or incorrect item, and let us know what is wrong with it. If an exchange, please indicate the item you would like to exchange for.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
b.b.begonia web purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store carrying our products, and vice versa. b.b.begonia reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
