New Accounts

If you are a retailer looking to carry b.b.begonia products in your store, please fill out a New Account Application and submit it, by fax, to 204- 284 6555.
Minimum opening order for new accounts is $150.00 net cost. Re-orders must have minimum order value of $150.00
Method of payment for new accounts is VISA or MASTERCARD only. The charges will be processed once shipment has left our warehouse.
Accounts inactive for an 18 month period will automatically be closed. Re-activating an account will be subject to the above conditions.

Order Status
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in seven (7) to ten(10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Express shipping is available with additional Express Fee and these can vary by the size of the order. Please contact customer service at 1-877-320-5649 or at customerservice@bbbegonia.com for more information specific to the order.
Shipping may be postponed in some cases due to product unavailability. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you for a substitution. To check on item availability please call customer service at toll free 1-877-3205649
Shipping
All orders are subject to freight charges.
b.b.begonia reserves the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Freight charges are based on location , weight and dimension of shipment . If you prefer an alternate carrier , please provide your carrier details and account number at the time of ordering.
Orders for Canada customers is shipped FOB Winnipeg. Orders for US customers is shipped FOB Henderson, Nevada.
We work hard to determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
Cancellation & Refused Shipments
We make every effort to honor requests for cancellations for regular orders that are not part of a pre-booking program. However, if the shipment has already left our warehouse when the cancellation request is made, it will be subject to a 25% restocking charge (minimum $40.00) plus all shipping costs incurred.
Any refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 25% restocking charge ( minimum $40.00) plus all shipping costs incurred. Future shipments will then be on a pre-paid basis only.
Retailer returns and Claims
We will gladly authorize returns for damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days from the date your shipment is received. All other sales are final.
All returns must be authorized through the customer service department . Any un-authorized returns will be refused. Damaged or defective merchandise must be sent back with a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA#) provided by b.b.begonia customer service representative(customerservice@bbbegonia.com or call 1-877-320-5649. This RMA # number must appear on the outside of every carton or package being returned.

If the returns processing department deems the merchandise to be defective , or if the return is a result of our error ,shipping charges related to the return will be credited. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise that has been used , altered, ticketed or exceeds the 10 days policy will not be processed for replacement of credit . All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. Any merchandise sent back to b.b.begonia that is not damaged or defective will be subject to 25% restocking charge ( $40.00 minimum) plus all shipping costs incurred.
We recommend any returned merchandise is sent by a traceable method to ensure documented delivery to us. Packages must be returned to us pre-paid . We do not accept C.O.D deliveries or overnight express.
Individual returns or exchanges
Individual customers who wish to return unused merchandise must return to the original store of purchase. B.b.begonia does not accept customer returns on behalf of a retail store. However we do accept returns from our retail partners and more details of the same can be found earlier in this section on ‘customer services’.
If the quality of your purchase is defective or un-satisfactory, you should bring your purchase back to the store of purchase for either a refund , credit or replacement (depending on store policies).
Your satisfaction with your purchase of b.b.begonia is of utmost importance to us. Please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever.
